Responsibilities
- Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for our clients
- Help customers with billing questions, policy changes, renewals, and claims support
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up
- Educate customers on coverage options that better protect their families and assets
- Support the agency team with daily operations and client communication
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and strengthen customer accounts
- Keep client information accurate and organized in agency systems
- Deliver a customer experience that makes people excited to stay with our agency
Requirements
- Someone who is dependable, positive, and people-oriented
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys learning
- Customer service, retail, healthcare, banking, or office experience is a plus
- Insurance experience is helpful, but not required we can train the right person
- Licensing is preferred or willingness to become licensed after hire
- MUST complete Personality Assessment prompted after applying
