We are currently seeking a professional, personable, and enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our spa and ensure a seamless, elevated experience for every client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and sales, as the role offers commission on upselling services and products. Sales experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with professionalism and warmth upon arrival
- Manage appointments, phone calls, and client communications
- Provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, and products
- Accurately handle check-in/check-out procedures and process payments
- Upsell and recommend services and retail products to clients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Support spa team with administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications:
- Prior front desk or customer service experience (spa or salon preferred)
- Sales experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with scheduling software
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet sales goals
- Professional appearance and demeanor
