Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients both in person and via phone communication.
- Manage client communication efficiently, ensuring timely responses and professional interactions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to privacy protocols.
- Support clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and organizing documents to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in coordinating and promoting event marketing activities, including outreach and promotional efforts.
