Role: LiveOps & Gamification Producer 

Experience: Senior 

Location: Fully Remote, based in LA (Headquarters: Montreal, Canada) 

Position: Full-time, 10-month fixed-term contract (January–October 2026), with strong potential for full-time conversion. 

Role Responsibilities: 

As LiveOps & Gamification Producer, you will: 

• Coordinate LiveOps strategy & delivery of product roadmap items to drive engagement and retention for key clients. 
• Plan and execute in-product events, promotions, content updates, and daily/weekly challenges. 
• Design & evolve gamification systems from concept to post-launch iteration. 
• Lead the design and optimization of progression, rewards, loyalty loops, and motivational mechanics. 
• Ensure gamification systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to client goals and growth of our core product.  
• Keep schedules, dependencies, and risks visible and well-managed. 
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-ownership delivery culture with local LA clients and global delivery team. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 5 years in LiveOps, gamification, game systems, or product success.  
• Proven track record operating high-cadence LiveOps programs at scale. 
• Strong gamification/system design expertise (rewards, progression, economy tuning). 
• Highly analytical: comfortable defining KPIs and making data-driven decisions. 
• Excellent communicator with senior client-facing experience. 
• LA-based (or nearby) and able to meet clients in person; occasional travel required.
