Job Summary
We are seeking LPN Assessments Nurses for Northwest, Northeast, Southeast and Southwest Georgia to join our team! As an Assessment Nurse, you will be responsible for doing assessments in certain counties we cover in the above areas, and be a supportive, helpful presence to our clients. The ideal candidate has experience working with an older population, has all the required licensing in the state, and works well independently as well as within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Doing assessment in clients home when a client in your area is onboarded as a client.
- Reporting to the RN Administrator any issues or concerns and scanning the assessment to the office within 24 hours.
- Being a positive, supportive presence to our aging patients and representing the company well.
Qualifications
- Active, valid nursing license within the state
- Experience working with an aging population desired
- Comfortability working independently and within a team
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
