Job title: Vacation rental cleaner, independent contractor.
Location: Turtle Bay Resort, Kuilima Condos.
Job summary: We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, honest, and self-motivated cleaner to join our team at Turtle Bay Resort. This role involves preparing luxury condos to a high standard.
Work details: Start with 2 to 3 condos per week with opportunities to grow. Schedules vary due to last-minute bookings and cancellations. Cleaning must be completed within the turnover window, typically 11 to 4 for small condos and 10 to 4 for medium and large condos.
Pay and supplies :Pay is per condo depending on size and issued once a month on the first business day of the month. All necessary cleaning supplies and materials will be provided during the two-month evaluation period. After successfully completing the evaluation period, contractors who continue will receive a pay increase and are expected to provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment.
What we're looking for : Reliable, honest, and dependable. Strong communication skills and able to work both independently and with a team. Physically able to bend, lift, and clean for several hours. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
