We are seeking a Service Bartender for Carmine’s. The Ideal candidates should have bar experience, beverage knowledge and can work well under pressure in a high-volume environment. The Service Bartender will make all beverages for the dining room area, but will not serve bar guests directly. Every team member at Carmine’s thrives on hospitality towards our guests and assists as needed.
Our Service Bartenders must be very personable, patient, organized, have a passion and enthusiasm for Italian wines and spirits, detail oriented and accurate with money.
Your Role with Us:
- Our service Bartenders enhance our guests experience by making all the alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently for the dining room guests.
- Responsible for working closely with the Servers and tending to the drink orders at the service bar and making the drinks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all recipes when making beverages for the dining room guests.
- Assisting the team on shift with greeting guest and assist when needed during the entire shift.
- Consistently delivering a high level of customer service and maintaining a safe environment.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging the guest about both Carmine’s and Virgil’s locations and inviting them back again for Special Events and Catering experiences.
- Complete all side work necessary at the end of every shift.
- Engage with every department to ensure we are offering our guests the best possible experience.
We Are Looking for Candidates:
- With one year of Bartender experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
- Who will be professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a have strong passion for hospitality.
- Able to perform at the highest level ensuring excellent service to our guests and our team members on the floor in this fast-paced environment.
- Who are fluent in English.
- With open flexibility to work various shifts.
- With Knowledge of fine wine & spirits.
- This is non-tipped hourly position
