We are seeking a Utility support position to join our service team at Carmine’s. If you are highly motivated with a strong work ethic and want to kickstart your career in a high-volume environment, we’d love to meet you!
Your Role with Us:
- This position is responsible for general restaurant cleaning, sometimes assisting the dishwashers, and checking to make sure the restrooms are tidy and clean.
- Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Sanitizing high contact areas throughout the restaurant throughout the shift
- Supporting the front of the house team with sorting, polishing, and rolling up the silverware.
- Facilitating dining dish system, sorting dirty dishes as needed and working with porters as needed
- Ensuring Dish room cleanliness and organization as well as auditing silverware at end of the shift
- Setting up the support station and making sure the service station is stocked
- May manage the coffee station and making sure that it is always clean and stocked.
- Continuously remove garbage and recyclables from the restaurant.
- Restocking all glassware, silverware and dishware accordingly.
- End of the shift cleaning including chair and table sanitation, high dusting as needed, and patio/outdoor dining cleaning if applicable.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
We Are Looking for Candidates:
- Ideally, with experience as a Dishwasher/Porter.
- Who are able to follow health and safety procedures laid out by management, city, state and federal requirements.
- Who are able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy.
- With open flexibility to work various shifts.
