We are looking for an experienced Bartender to run our busy bar. The Ideal candidates should have strong bar experience, food and beverage knowledge and can work well under pressure in a high-volume environment. Our Bartenders must be very personable, patient, organized, have a passion and enthusiasm for Italian wines and spirits, detail oriented and accurate with money.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests, take orders, and serve our signature cocktails with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all bar patrons.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by engaging guests with information about Carmine’s and Virgil’s locations, and encouraging return visits for special events and catering opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and complete end-of-day reconciliation.
- Support servers by assisting with table orders during peak times.
- Follow all beverage recipes precisely for both bar and dining room service.
- Complete all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless and outstanding guest experience.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- With Bartender experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
- Who will be professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality.
- Able to perform at the highest level ensuring excellent service to our guests and our team members on the floor in this fast-paced environment.
- Who are fluent in English.
- With open flexibility to work various shifts.
- With Knowledge of fine wine & spirits.
