- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights or special events like banquets or catering functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and cashiering.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles that involve serving or bartending duties is preferred.
