Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support two key project areas: webinars/meetups and case study development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of operations, marketing, and creative collaboration, and wants hands-on experience working with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Webinar / Meetup Support
Logistics & Operations
- Assist with event scheduling and coordination
- Scout and evaluate potential venues or virtual platforms
- Arrange and manage event equipment and setup
Marketing & Promotion
- Create and manage registration pages
- Support email campaigns (pre-event and post-event follow-ups)
- Assist in promotional activities (social media, outreach, etc.)
Content & Planning
- Collaborate with internal teams on event content development
- Coordinate with external partners to curate unique and engaging sessions
- Support overall event planning and execution
Outreach & Partnerships
- Identify and reach out to potential speakers and panelists
- Engage with local meetup organizers and relevant communities
- Research and connect with relevant conferences and event partners
2. Case Study Development Support
Project Coordination & Sourcing
- Facilitate sourcing of materials and resources
- Communicate with suppliers and partners
- Assist with project management and shipment coordination
Ideation & Collaboration
- Work with partners (KOLs, tech companies, creators) to refine ideas
- Support development of concepts such as merchandise or product use cases
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Help shape compelling narratives for case studies
- Assist in creating video outlines, scripts, and screen recordings
- Support production of social media content and written case study articles
Outreach & Partnerships
- Identify and reach out to potential partners (KOLs, creators, companies) for case studies
- Build relationships with collaborators to source strong case study opportunities
- Research relevant communities, platforms, and events to identify potential participants
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Interest in events, marketing, and content creation
- Comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with event coordination or marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with content creation (video, social media, writing)
- Interest in tech, creator economy, or partnerships
- Experience marketing software products, especially AI-related products
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, tools, or workflows.
Salary : $4,000 - $4,500
