Product Technical Architect (Intelligence Coding)

1. Lead the design and evolution of intelligence coding product architecture: build a high-availability and high-scalability distributed service system, multi-layer architecture, and support tens of millions of users;

2. Optimize the core link of the agent: optimize task scheduling and execution, promote in-depth collaboration between technical architecture and business goals, ensure service SLAs, and optimize resource costs.

3. Lead technical problems such as distributed systems, elastic architectures, and complex agent runtimes, technology introduction, technology design, and lead the advanced and forward-looking product technology;

4. Product direction guidance, technical evangelism, pass on our product philosophy, product concept, and product advantages to the technical community, and promote the popularization of intelligence coding products in the global market.

1. More than 5 years of experience in complex system architecture, proficient in Python/Go/Java at least one language of distributed framework, leading the design of high-concurrency systems with millions of daily active users;

2. Have the ability of technical decision-making and technical planning for large-scale projects, and be able to promote structural change and technological upgrading; Experience in building intelligence coding products is preferred, and experience in IDE tool development is preferred;

3. Understand the technical principles of intelligence coding and the surrounding ecology, keep up with the latest developments in the field, and have the ability to write Agents and achieve SOTA-level Agents;

4. Have the ability and determination to solve world-class problems and reach SOTA level, be proficient in the commonly used coding tools in the industry, and have ideas and enthusiasm for building the next generation of programming tools.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $204,000 and $336,000/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
