We are seeking a senior Product Manager to lead global product planning, execution, and competitive strategy across both ToC and ToB surfaces. In this role, you will define and ship next-generation intelligence coding experiences—including CLI, IDE, and agentic development workflows—competing directly with top global products such as Cursor, Claude Code, and other frontier developer tools.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end Product Strategy & Roadmapping — Translate company strategy into actionable product roadmaps and functional specifications for global markets, balancing short-term velocity with long-term vision.
- Developer Insights & Market Intelligence — Engage deeply with developers in the U.S. ecosystem, conduct user research, analyze workflows, and identify unmet needs across both individual developers and organizations.
- Intelligence-Native Interaction Design— Define innovative intelligence-assisted programming experiences across CLI, IDE, and autonomous agent surfaces; design workflows that improve velocity, accuracy, and developer trust.
- Cross-functional Leadership — Work closely with design, engineering, and applied modeling teams to deliver high-quality releases, aligning execution across UI/UX, backend engineering, and model capabilities.
- Internationalization & Localization Ownership — Lead U.S. and global market fit efforts, ensuring the product meets the expectations of top developer ecosystems and integrates with relevant cloud, infra, and open-source landscapes.
- Competitive Positioning — Analyze global intelligence coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), identify differentiation opportunities, and refine product strategy based on emerging trends.
- Lifecycle & Metric Ownership — Define success metrics, run experiments, track adoption and retention, and iterate based on data, user feedback, and market demand.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Interaction Design, User Experience, or related technical field.
- 5 years of product management experience, with at least one shipped product in developer tools, intelligence automation platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of programming concepts, version control, CI/CD, and modern engineering workflows. Able to communicate effectively with engineering and applied modeling teams.
- Strong product sense with proven ability to decompose complex problems and design user-centric solutions.
- Experience driving cross-functional execution and shipping products in fast-moving environments.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Direct experience with CLI/IDE tools, SDKs, DevTools, cloud platforms, or intelligence-powered developer products.
- Familiarity with the U.S. developer ecosystem, open-source communities, and DevRel culture.
- Prior software development experience, or the ability to prototype and validate technical concepts.
- Strong understanding of modern intelligent coding trends (e.g., agentic workflows, context engineering, evals).
- Ability to influence without authority, operate with high ownership, and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, especially when articulating complex technical concepts.
- Mandarin/English bilingual ability is a plus (cross-region collaboration).
