Multimedia Design Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Design Specialist to join our team. This role will support our marketing and events initiatives through high-quality visual content, ensuring brand consistency across all channels while helping elevate both internal and external communications.

• Create and maintain visually compelling graphics that align with established brand guidelines.
• Support the design and production of event-related materials, including:
• Conference graphics
• One-pagers and marketing collateral
• Slide presentations
• Video content for meetings, and corporate events
• Develop creative assets for both internal events and external programs such as our monthly Tech On Tap series.
• Assist with ongoing website maintenance and content updates to ensure a consistent and polished online presence.
• Contribute to the planning and design of materials for our annual cybersecurity conference (SECCON), including digital and print assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative concepts and meet project timelines.

• Experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of website content management systems (CMS).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with event marketing and conference materials.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging visual experiences.
