Our showrooms in Armonk (Westchester) and Roslyn (Long Island) have built a loyal following of clients who trust us for elevated ear piercing, fine-jewelry styling, stacking, and layering — and their most meaningful jewelry purchases.
We are now opening our third location in Boca Raton, FL — and we’re looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead it.

The Role
This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity. As our first hire in Boca, you will be the face of Ali Weiss Jewelry in South Florida — responsible for building the team, setting the standard, and delivering the elevated client experience our brand is known for.
You’ll operate with significant autonomy while staying closely connected to our founders and HQ team. This is a role for someone who thrives with ownership, leads by example on the floor, and genuinely loves the intersection of fine jewelry, personal styling, and hospitality.

Responsibilities
Store Leadership
- Own the day-to-day operations of the Boca Raton showroom
- Lead, schedule, and develop a small team of stylists and piercers
- Set and uphold the standard for client experience, floor presence, and brand representation
- Conduct opening and closing procedures; maintain a clean, beautifully merchandised environment
Sales & Client Experience
- Drive sales performance and meet monthly revenue targets
- Build genuine relationships with clients and cultivate a loyal local following
- Guide clients through fine-jewelry selection and ear curation with confidence and warmth
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
Piercing Service Oversight
- Oversee the piercing bar operation, ensuring strict safety, sterilization, and protocol standards are met
- Coordinate piercer scheduling and ensure a seamless, premium piercing experience for every guest
Inventory & Systems
- Manage inventory through Shopify POS and our inventory system
- Conduct regular cycle counts and communicate reorder needs to HQ
- Maintain accurate product displays and ensure full stock visibility on the floor
Content, Community & Events
- Assist in creating social media content — comfortable being on camera and participating in in-store shoots
- Represent AWJ at pop-up events and help execute the pop-up program in South Florida Build relationships within the Boca community to drive local brand awareness Respond to customer emails and support client communication as needed HQ Connection
- Work directly with the founders and ownership team
- Participate in monthly management meetings with managers across all AWJ retail locations

Requirements
- 3 years of retail management experience (luxury, premium, or boutique retail preferred) Proven track record driving sales and leading a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Shopify or similar POS/inventory systems preferred
- Polished, warm communication style with a client-first mindset
- Passion for fine jewelry, styling, or luxury goods
- Comfortable working weekends (required)
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Boca Raton area
