Position Summary
We are hiring experienced servers to provide attentive, friendly, and accurate service to our guests. This role requires strong teamwork, a sense of urgency during busy shifts, and a commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, and take food/drink orders
- Make menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and dining areas
- Assist teammates and support smooth floor operations
- Handle payments and close checks accurately
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Prior server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Coachable, reliable, hard-working, and professional attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays
Appearance & Conduct Standards (please read)
- No facial tattoos visible
- Tattoos on arms must be covered during shifts (long sleeves, discrete coverings)
- No extreme piercings (e.g., large-gauge/tunnel-style piercings) small, discrete piercings are acceptable
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and personal hygiene
Compensation & Benefits
- $10.98/Hour tips (adjustable to local market) Average around $200-350 in tips per night. Also depends on season
