Manufacturing Team Lead

Duties

• Supervise daily manufacturing activities on the factory floor, ensuring production targets are met with precision and quality.
• Lead and motivate a team of assembly line workers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate the use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment to facilitate efficient assembly and material handling.
• Oversee warehouse operations related to inventory management, material movement, and storage safety protocols.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure machinery operates at optimal levels.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, safety incidents, and inventory levels.

Skills

• Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility with knowledge of assembly line processes.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with factory safety standards and procedures to promote a safe work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and process documentation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
