Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day help desk support for computers, printers, and software applications
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to vendors when necessary
- Install, configure, and deploy new workstations and migrate user data
- Maintain system updates, patches, and device configurations
- Document support requests, actions taken, and final resolutions
- Communicate clearly with users regarding issue status and timelines
- Assist in evaluating new hardware and software solutions
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical certification or coursework in IT or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting practices
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
