Position Summary
Ali Electrical Contractor, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our growing team. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is comfortable managing small crews of 3–5 electricians while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, workmanship, and customer service.
The ideal candidate comes from a small to mid-sized electrical contracting company and understands how to work efficiently, adapt quickly, and wear multiple hats when necessary. This individual must be capable of leading projects independently while mentoring apprentices and journeymen.
Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred due to the composition of our field workforce.
Required Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman or Lead Electrician.
- Experience supervising crews of 3-5 electricians.
- Experience with public works, municipal, educational, industrial, or government projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of prevailing wage jobsite requirements preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Experience coordinating with General Contractors, Project Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors.
- Proven ability to plan work, manage manpower, and meet project deadlines.

- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish and English bilingual.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
- Experience working in schools, municipalities, treatment plants, or public facilities.
- Knowledge of project scheduling and manpower planning.
- Ability to use tablets, mobile applications, and digital reporting tools.
- Experience with daily reporting and documentation.
