Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued.

Duties

• Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Clover POS system or cash register.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have about the menu.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Assist with food preparation as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and special requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is mandatory.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Clover POS, is a plus.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 pounds when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $35.00 per hour
