Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential partners, donors, and stakeholders to promote organizational programs and initiatives
- Engage in warm calling strategies to nurture existing relationships and identify new opportunities for collaboration
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update contact records, and manage follow-up activities efficiently
- Negotiate terms with partners and donors to secure support aligned with organizational objectives
- Deliver compelling presentations via telemarketing to communicate the value of our projects and services
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns that enhance visibility and engagement
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive stakeholder experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales with a focus on nonprofit or social sectors preferred
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing contacts and sales pipelines
- Demonstrated success in inside sales, outbound calling, and business development activities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer service best practices
