Responsibilities
- Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring merchandise is organized, labeled correctly, and replenished regularly to maintain an appealing store presentation
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance
- Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas while practicing excellent phone etiquette when assisting callers or providing information
- Support merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and ensuring products are properly stocked according to planograms
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and communicating replenishment needs to supervisors
- Provide friendly customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
