The Verizon Associate will learn what our customers expect from their internet, discuss options for streaming, gaming, work, and everyday use, and explain pricing in straightforward terms.
As a Verizon Associate, you'll give our customers something their current provider probably never has: an explanation of what their internet costs, what it should cost, and how fiber makes everything better. The Verizon Associate role is to make the upgrade feel easy, relatable, and genuinely helpful, giving our customers confidence in choosing a stronger connection.
Core Functions of the Verizon Associate
- Introduce customers to Verizon Fios internet by connecting its fast, reliable fiber service with everyday needs such as streaming, gaming, remote work, and browsing.
- Engage customers in sales conversations to understand how they currently use the internet and identify where Verizon Fios may provide a better fit.
- Present available Verizon Fios plans, pricing, and offers clearly, helping customers understand their options without overwhelming them with technical information.
- Explain the everyday value of reliable Wi-Fi and fast Fios internet for customers managing entertainment, work, school, and multiple connected activities.
- Identify opportunities for customers to take advantage of applicable Fios promotions, focusing on practical costs rather than making guaranteed savings claims.
- Resolve basic customer questions about service options, pricing, availability, and enrollment while maintaining a professional sales interaction.
