We’re hiring a motivated and experienced Lawncare Crew Lead to supervise and work alongside our outdoor maintenance team. If you’re a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a passion for keeping landscapes pristine, this is your opportunity to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the lawncare team
• Lead by example in mowing, trimming, weeding, fertilizing, and debris removal
• Ensure work quality, safety standards, and timely completion of tasks
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate with management regarding schedules, supplies, and maintenance needs
• Make recommendations for landscape improvements and pest control solutions
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in lawncare and team leadership preferred
• Strong knowledge of fertilization, pest, weed, and insect control
• Pesticide certification a plus
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation required
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to walk, kneel, bend, and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule; ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
• Travel required
