As the Divisional Maintenance Director, you are responsible for utilizing functional and technical knowledge to determine the most economic and efficient resolution to maintenance issues within the territory you are assigned. These issues are typically larger scale issues that cannot be handled by our onsite Maintenance Technicians. You are responsible for collaborating with onsite maintenance personnel in each facility to ensure that all assigned duties are completed to ensure the longevity of our facilities and assets.

As the Divisional Maintenance Director, you are responsible for utilizing functional and technical knowledge to determine the most economic and efficient resolution to maintenance issues within the territory you are assigned. These issues are typically larger scale issues that cannot be handled by our onsite Maintenance Technicians. You are responsible for collaborating with onsite maintenance personnel in each facility to ensure that all assigned duties are completed to ensure the longevity of our facilities and assets.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Determines best outcome for the company by diligently and critically reviewing quotes, work orders and performed work.
- Works directly with the Supervisor to create contracts for all operating and modernization activities including request for quotations, bid solicitation, contract award, pre-construction conferences, etc., as well as preparing required routine reports.
- Validates warranty guidelines and requirements prior to any work being performed so as not to violate any existing warranties.
- Inspects and validates all preventive and corrective maintenance work is occurring during site inspections on buildings and all associated building systems.
