Bilingual Bookeeper (Spanish/English)
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Including working closely with our team to create and analyze financial reports. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper's responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company. The ideal candidate will have experience financial report writing, accounts payable, debits and credits, bank reconciliation, Sage, double-entry bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Conduct account reconciliation
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for bookkeeping tasks
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
- Strong financial report writing abilities
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures
- Understanding of debits and credits
- Experience in bank reconciliation processes
- Proficient in using Sage 50
- Ability to perform accurate account reconciliation
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
