Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install flooring materials such as ceramic tiles, vinyl, laminate, and other surface coverings with precision and attention to detail
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation aligned with project requirements
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary underlayment or adhesives for optimal results
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and securing flooring materials
- Perform tile laying tasks including waterproofing, caulking, grout application.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites
Skills
- Extensive experience in flooring installation, tile laying, and related construction activities
- Schluter certified installers preferred. We are willing to send to training classes.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, chisels, saws, and caulking guns; adept with power tools including drills and grinders
- Knowledge of floor care techniques for maintenance or repair projects
- Experience in remodeling or renovation projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail; capable of working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
