Production Supervisor

• Review production orders and schedules to plan department operations based on product data, quantities, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate assembly activities and prepare operational schedules to meet product specifications and quality goals.
• Analyze operating reports and resolve maintenance or operational issues to minimize costs and prevent delays.
• Ensure efficient utilization of materials and eliminate wasteful practices to maintain economical operations.
• Interface with cross-functional departments to ensure all customer order deadlines are met.

• Develop and revise standard operational procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and best practices.
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Assist the Production Manager with continuous improvement initiatives, including 5s and FIFO implementation.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase efficiency and improve ergonomics.

• Establish performance goals, conduct evaluations, and manage on-the-job training for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage employee attendance, review weekly schedules, and work with HR to resolve grievances.
• Maintain a positive team spirit and ensure adherence to company policies and housekeeping practices.
• Compile, store, and retrieve necessary production data and report KPIs.
• Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries.

• Education: High school diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience required.
