Position Summary:
Our high-precision manufacturing facility in Springboro, Ohio seeks a highly skilled CNC ID/OD Grind Operator for the day shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Experience with Studer equipment is preferred.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

- CNC Machinist
- Ability to read, understand, & interpret blueprints (GD&T)
- Ability to plan for tooling and set-ups.
- Work as required with minimal supervision.
- Interface & assist other Alfons Haar employees to reach common goals.
- Maintain safe & organized work area.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
- Regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- High degree of mechanical aptitude, accuracy, and precision.
- Strong mathematical aptitude.
- Must be legally able to work in the United States.
- Candidate should have 3 years of relevant experience.
