POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist in planning, leading and implementing programs and general activities that provide high quality outdoor, educational and recreational experiences for teens throughout the year.
Essential Functions
- Assist in the creation of a weekly programming schedule.
- Assist in daily programming activities.
- Help in keeping daily attendance and meal records.
- Ensure the general safety of the club & its members.
- Act as a mentor to the teens by involving appropriately.
- Suggest new ways to improve the club.
- Assist program management as needed.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience necessary. Will train.
