Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for customers, vendors, and suppliers, delivering exceptional service.
- Process and manage sales orders, shipments, and logistics tracking.
- Maintain accurate documentation of orders, shipments, and inventory.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
Value to the Organization
Ensures seamless sales operations by balancing customer service excellence with reliable administrative. Strengthens client and vendor relationships while supporting company growth and operational success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
