This is a full-time on-site role for an Air/Ocean Operations & Logistics Specialist located in South San Francisco, CA. The role involves managing air and ocean freight operations, coordinating logistics processes, and ensuring smooth delivery of goods. Daily responsibilities include liaising with clients and carriers, handling export documentation, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves assisting in training initiatives within the organization.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in handling Export and Freight operations, including document preparation and compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Experience or willingness to assist in Training and mentoring team members to enhance operational efficiency.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred but not required.
