Duties
- Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize Guidewire and other CRM tools to track client interactions, update account information, and manage workflows
- Support sales agents by identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Collaborate to develop marketing strategies that enhance client engagement
- Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, or areas needing improvement
- Assist in onboarding new clients through training and support
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, feedback, and service requests
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis skills to improve service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client relations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to convey complex information clearly
