Residential Group Home Manager

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Job Description: We are looking for energetic people willing to change the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities. We are looking for a full time group home manager to work Monday through Friday 8-4. All schedules are permanent and will vary depending on applicant's availability. Meals will be supplied as part of your benefits package during your shift.

Pay Rate/Benefits: $65,000 to start with additional bonus potential. At least 1 year experience with individuals with IDD required. Management experience helpful especially staff supervision and program organization. Good communication and problem solving skills and ability to work well with people needed. Medication Administration, CPR/FA, Crises Training, Abuse and Neglect Training, Driver's Certification, and Overview of Developmental Disabilities Training, are a must to start. Sign on bonus is available once per lifetime. Medical, Dental, Vision, and AFLAC Benefits are available, some with agency contribution as well as our 401k with company MATCH contributions. All available only 90 days after hire. All managers MUST be approved by our insurance company to drive our agency vehicles.

Coordinate and supervise activities and staff for all of our homes on weekends and in the evenings.

ALFA has behaviorists, maintenance staff, human resources and hands-on administration to assist managers in their duties. You will be supported and part of a great team.
