Remote Dental Operations Manager

We are hiring a Remote Operations Manager to drive performance, compliance, and accountability

If you have managed dental locations after and understand how to run operations through systems, metrics, and people — this role is for you.

You will manage offices remotely and be accountable for performance:

• Monitor office KPIs (production, schedule, attendance, performance)
• Enforce compliance with company processes and standards
• Hold the team accountable
• Identify underperformance and take corrective action
• Ensure schedule efficiency and patient flow
• Oversee chart audits and documentation compliance
• Work directly with leadership on performance reporting
• Drive consistency across multiple locations

You are not observing. You are accountable.

• 100% Remote — no daily office presence
• You manage locations from one place
• You operate through systems, reports, and accountability
• You are responsible for results, not activity

• Experience operation manager (KPI driven)
• Dental or healthcare operations experience
• Strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
• Experience holding managers accountable
• Comfortable enforcing standards and making decisions
• Highly organized and disciplined
• Able to manage performance remotely without direct supervision

• Starting at $60,000 (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus tied to results
