We operate with clear standards, strict accountability, and consistent execution across all offices.Position SummaryWe are seeking a decisive HR Manager who understands operations, benefits, labor law, and enforcement — and is prepared to protect standards across a multi-site healthcare organization.This role is responsible for policy enforcement, compliance oversight, benefits administration, recruiting discipline, and workforce accountability.This is not a passive HR role.This position requires leadership, documentation discipline, and the ability to act when standards are not met.On-Site RequirementThis role is fully on-site for the first 90 days.Hybrid consideration may be evaluated after 90 days based strictly on performance, documentation quality, and operational control.Core Responsibilities1.
