This role supports multiple orthodontic offices by handling patient communications, appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and general administrative coordination in a structured, high-volume call center environment.This is a non-exempt hourly position subject to applicable federal and New Jersey wage and hour laws.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Answer high-volume inbound calls in a professional and timely mannerSchedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointmentsRespond to billing, insurance, and general treatment inquiriesAccurately document all interactions in company systemsFollow established scripts, workflows, and compliance protocolsMaintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulationsMeet attendance, punctuality, and performance standardsCollaborate with team members and supervisorsPerform additional duties as assigned based on business needsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior call center or customer service experience preferredStrong verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, structured environmentBasic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systemsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not requiredAvailability for rotating weekends as neededWork EnvironmentOn-site office environment in Englewood, NJHigh-call-volume settingExtended periods of sitting and computer useUse of headset and phone systemsPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periodsAbility to speak clearly and hear via headsetAbility to use computer equipment for the duration of scheduled shiftCompensationStarting pay is $21.00 per hour plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
