Accounting Assistant - Accounts Payable & Bookkeeping

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: Starting at $22.00  per hour, based on experience and qualification 
Work Arrangement: In-office initially; hybrid schedule may be available after onboarding

We are hiring a Financial Administrator to support Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and financial document management.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, dependable, and comfortable working with invoices, vendor records, spreadsheets, and accounting systems.

• Support Accounts Payable and bookkeeping operations

• Enter, organize, and track vendor invoices

• Maintain vendor records and W-9 documentation

• Assist with vendor statements and payment inquiries

• Support bank and credit card reconciliation documentation

• Work within QuickBooks Online

• Scan and upload financial documents into SharePoint

• Maintain accurate electronic filing and naming standards

• Identify missing, duplicate, or incomplete records

• Support month-end accounting preparation

• Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, accounting, or finance administration experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• QuickBooks Online experience preferred

• Microsoft Excel experience

• SharePoint experience is a plus

• Reliable and able to meet deadlines
