Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in the Detroit Metroplex. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of construction projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Additional responsibilities include resolving project issues, monitoring progress, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Construction Project Management and Project Coordination
- Expertise in Budgeting and Construction Management
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software tools like project management platforms is a plus
