Position summary
We are looking for a full-time Bench Jeweler to assist in all aspects of jewelry production. You will bring hands-on experience in fabrication, stone setting, and finishing to a fast-growing brand where every piece is made with care and precision.
You will work directly with our designer and Jewelry Operations Manager. We are looking for a hardworking team player with a professional, positive attitude who takes pride in detail and organization.
Responsibilities
Fabrication and production
- Fabricate jewelry in precious metals from the initial build through assembly, to the specifications of our designer
- Fabrication in gold-filled and sterling silver material
- Support all aspects of jewelry production as a hands-on member of the production team
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across every piece, including one-of-a-kind designs
Stone setting and finishing
- Set precious stones, semi-precious stones, and diamonds securely and precisely
- Finish and polish pieces to the quality our customers expect
- Inspect work for quality and flaws before it moves to the next step
Collaboration and organization
- Work directly with our designer and Jewelry Operations Manager to turn designs into finished pieces
- Keep your bench, tools, metals, and stones organized
- Be a reliable team player who brings a professional and positive attitude to a tight-knit team
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in jewelry production at the bench
- Significant experience in fabrication, stone setting, and finishing
- Experience working with precious metals
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work directly and collaboratively with a designer and production manager
- Professional and positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Hardworking and dependable
