Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Description
We are looking for an interior designer with a minimum of three years of residential design experience to join our team! We focus on high-end residential interior design and work primarily on large scale new construction and furniture projects in the Dallas area. This is a full-time, primarily onsite position with occasional travel to project sites and vendor locations.
Responsibilities
- Create interior finish plans, elevations, and construction documents in CAD
- Develop material and finish palettes for various projects
- Create customer budgets for furniture packages
- Prepare presentations and digital finish boards in Power Point
- Maintain communication with contractors throughout the project
- Plan and be proactive with schedules, meetings, and selections
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience working in a residential design role
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD are a must
- Desire to work in a team environment
- A talent for prioritizing and juggling multiple projects
- Visual presentation skills as well as professional written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in material sourcing and specification
