Overview
I are looking for two experienced caregivers to assist my 86 year old mother who has dementia. Candidates must be dependable, friendly, professional and have experience with dementia care.
Duties
- There are two shifts available, mornings 7-11am and late afternoons 4-8pm.
- Assist with dressing, light housework and bathing.
- Assist with daily walks and exercise.
- Assist client with cooking and activities.
- Communicate regularly with family members to facilitate care.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with elderly adults with dementia..
- Strong activity planning skills tailored to dementia.
- Excellent communication skills for client and family.
- Reliable, energetic, compassionate, and committed to creating a nurturing environment for all individuals in your care.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
