Job Title: Influencer Marketing Associate
Reports To: VP of Retail Sales Marketing
Principal Accountabilities:
The Influencer Marketing Associate is responsible for partnering with the VP of Retail Sales Marketing to manage the Influencer and Affiliate marketing strategy. This includes identifying candidates, markets and opportunities, fostering ambassadorship through strong relationships, maintaining regular communication, managing gifting, and analyzing performance metrics. This is a part-time position, with an estimate of 24 hours per week in our Brooklyn office. $30-$35/hr range
Responsibilities:
- Partner with VP of Retail Sales Marketing to create and execute seasonal Influencer marketing strategy for E-Commerce with a focus on increasing brand awareness and supporting revenue goals.
- Identify, recruit & maintain influencer relationships that align with brand identity. Continue to grow the brand’s influencer program through regular sourcing research and outreach. Build authentic relationships to garner consistent content and product support, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Track results of connections, campaigns and collaborations and report on all organic and earned KPIs.
- Manage the execution of gifting campaigns from start to finish. Responsible for product selections and addresses, tracking packages, inventory and measuring results.
- Manage Affiliate programs( LTK, ShopMy, CJ) and own the Affiliate budget and platform maintenance.
- Build and maintain the internal influencer database.
- Assist in creatively brainstorming influencer collaborations, gifting initiatives and events
- Maintain communication with Social and PR teams to ensure continuity across channels.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant Influencer marketing experience in the fashion space.
- Proven success in managing influencer campaigns and affiliate platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of managing contracts and relationship dynamics.
- Proficient in all major Social platforms (with a focus on Instagram and TikTok), Affiliate programs (such as LTK and ShopMy), reporting tools, and generally web savvy.
- Ability to work onsite and coordinate real-time with marketing and operations teams.
- Attention to detail, curiosity about the Influencer/Social marketing landscape and commitment to continued improvement.
- Ability to organize and prioritize, demonstrating logical and creative thought processes.
- Demonstrates initiative and sense of urgency to align with the pace of E-commerce businesses.
- Show initiative to proactively problem-solve.
- Able to build and maintain productive relationships with cross functional teams. - Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving targeted objectives. - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience required.
Salary : $30 - $35
