Duties
- Knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods and introduce Alexandria’s services (windows, doors, roofing, siding, decks).
- Create interest and set solid appointments for design consultants.
- Build quick rapport and handle basic objections confidently.
- Collect accurate lead details and log them into company systems.
- Coordinate with canvassing teammates and sales reps to maximize territory coverage.
- Follow up on warm leads from marketing and prior outreach.
- Participate in regular training to sharpen pitch and delivery.
- Represent the company with professionalism in every interaction.
Requirements
- Experience in door-to-door canvassing, promotions, or similar outreach is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- High energy level with the ability to stay motivated and self-disciplined.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
- CRM or basic tech familiarity is a plus but not required.
- A results-driven mindset and ability to meet daily and weekly lead targets.
