Alexandria Veterinary Clinic is hiring an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multitasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with weekends on rotation.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 1 years of client service experience
- Previous veterinary experience is desired
- Proficiency in the following skills
Strong professional communication skills
Attention to patient and medical details
Proficient with computers & practice management software
Experience scheduling for a 4-DVM calendar
Ability to manage multiple phone lines efficiently
