About Our Clinic

We’re expanding! With two successful clinics in Duluth and St. Cloud, we’re preparing to open Alexandria TMS, our newest mental health clinic. We hope to open our doors on December 1, 2026.

Our clinics offer evidence-based treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato, for people experiencing depression and related conditions. We lead with respect, mutual accountability, and a commitment to quality patient care.

We’re seeking a dependable, compassionate, detail-oriented Behavioral Health Specialist to help us build a welcoming clinic from the start. At our clinics, team members take on a variety of responsibilities, and daily duties vary with patient and clinic needs. We value people who are willing to learn, broaden their horizons, and develop new skills. Training is provided for treatment procedures and clinic workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Support patient treatments: Operate TMS equipment and monitor patients during Spravato treatments according to your training and clinic protocols.
• Prepare and open the clinic: Arrive on time, prepare treatment spaces, and assist with opening duties when scheduled.
• Coordinate treatment access: Learn to process prior authorizations for TMS and Spravato and follow applicable Spravato REMS procedures.
• Order Spravato medication: Coordinate medication orders with the pharmacy, track deliveries, and ensure medication is available for scheduled treatments, following clinic protocols and applicable REMS procedures.
• Maintain accurate records: Document in the electronic health record, enter billing information, and complete required paperwork.
• Support daily operations: Schedule appointments, answer phones, manage faxes, upload forms, and follow through on daily tasks.
• Communicate with the team: Respond promptly through our office chat platform and keep coworkers informed about patient and scheduling needs.
• Maintain a clean environment: Keep treatment areas, shared spaces, and your workspace clean and sanitized.
• Learn and contribute: Take on varied clinical support and administrative duties as you are trained, help with coverage, and contribute ideas to improve clinic workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior patient care or office experience is strongly preferred.
• A compassionate, professional approach to working with mental health patients.

• The ability to stay focused while supporting patients and completing tasks.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, up to 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
• No weekends or overtime.
• Daily shifts may range from 5–10 hours; a typical 8-hour schedule is available if preferred. Hours will depend on patient scheduling. Clinic hours will be 8am-4pm.
• Starting pay of $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience.
• Anticipated clinic opening on December 1, 2026.
