Support Future Nurse Assistants!
Alexandria Technical & Community College is seeking dependable individuals to serve as Skills Test Actors during Nurse Assistant certification exams. In this unique role, you’ll portray a long-term care resident while students complete hands-on skills assessments—helping prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Position Details
- Pay: $15 per hour
- Schedule: Minimum of once per month
- Hours per shift: Typically 3–5 hours
- Employment Type: Ongoing (not temporary)
What You’ll Do
- Act as a resident during nurse assistant skills testing
- Follow provided scenarios and instructions
- Help create a realistic testing environment for students
Training Provided
No prior experience required—we provide all necessary training.
We’re Looking For
- Reliable individuals with good communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with students in a clinical simulation setting
- Ability to follow directions and stay in character during testing sessions
