Dental Hygienist (PT/FT)

• Candidates must be enthusiastic about their dental work, and willing to provide the highest level of care at all times
• Team player and able to work well with others with a professional demeanor
• Under limited supervision, the Dental Hygienist provides oral hygiene dental treatment, and education in accordance with guidelines approved, issued, and regulated by the state in which they work.
• Application of fluoride and protective sealants. Removal of calculus, stain, and plaque from above and below the gum line.
• Provides nutritional counseling, and self-care programs to prevent disease.
• Patient screening, medical history, and dental charting.
• Must have great treatment planning skills and chair-side manners.
• Conducts work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines. 
• Other duties as assigned

• Virginia State Hygiene License
• Dentrix experience is a plus (but not required)
• Strong customer service with good communication skills.

• Part-time/Full-time availability
• Hours: Mondays 8-5 pm, Tuesdays 12-8 pm (additional morning hours available at times), Thursdays 12-8 pm (additional morning hours available at times), Fridays 7-2 pm
• Hourly rate: $55-65 (additional opportunities for bonus available per appointment)
