What You’ll Do
- Support a warm, safe, and welcoming classroom for toddlers
- Assist in planning and leading fun, age-appropriate activities
- Follow a daily routine including meals, naps, play, and learning time
- Provide hands-on care (feeding, diapering, and supervision)
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Communicate daily updates with parents/guardians
- Collaborate with your team to keep the classroom running smoothly
- Step into a leadership role when needed to support classroom success

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Passion, patience, and a caring personality
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to meet state licensing and background check requirements
- Interest in Early Childhood Education (CDA support available!)
