At Alexandra's Too, we help people find a look that makes them feel unforgettable. Prom season is our busiest and most exciting time of year, and we're looking for energetic, fashion-loving stylists to help hundreds of students get ready for one of their biggest nights.
If you like making people feel confident, keeping up with trends, and working with sparkle, color, and a lot of excitement, this could be your season.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests and learn their style, vision, and budget so you can pull gowns they'll love
- Guide guests through fittings with honest, encouraging styling advice
- Suggest accessories and finishing touches that complete the look
- Celebrate with guests (and their families and friends) when they find their dress
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms organized and looking good
- Work as a team to give every guest an excellent experience, even on our busiest weekends
What We're Looking For
- A real passion for fashion and current prom trends
- A warm, outgoing personality and an eye for what flatters each person
- Strong communication skills and patience, especially with nervous or undecided shoppers
- The ability to stay upbeat and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Availability on evenings and weekends during peak season
- Retail, bridal, or styling experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right people!
